Quran Para 3 (Juz 3)
A Juz or Para of the Quran is just the division of the book into 30 sections and has no relevance to the meaning of the Qur’an. the aim for division is to form the reading of the whole Quran much easier, especially during the month of Ramadan. The division doesn't fall evenly between chapters, it’s only wont to pace the reading so it are often completed within thirty days.
Quran Para 3 (Juz 3) begins from ayah 253 of Surah Baqarah and continues to ayah 92 of the third chapter of Qur’an Al Imran. Contained during this Juz is Ayatul Kursi which is verse 255 of Surah Baqarah and sometimes mentioned because the “loftiest ayat of the whole Qur’an”. it's a really powerful dua and memorized by most Muslims.
Juz 3 Subject or Theme Matter:
In this section of the Quran, Allah emphasizes that there should be no compulsion to Islam. There are stories of individuals who questioned Islam and Allah’s message and therefore the destruction their ignorance and arrogance has caused. Further, matters regarding Hajj, Riba, Zakat, and Jihad are discussed. There are passages on about being humble, seeking justice and righteousness, and practicing generosity. In Surah Imran, it mentions of the message of previous Prophets, for instance Jesus, wasn't of a replacement religion.
Select Quote:
She said, “My Lord, how will I even have a toddler when no man has touched me?” [The angel] said, “Such is Allah ; He creates what He wills. When He decrees a matter, He only says thereto , ‘Be,’ and it's . Surah Imran Ayah 47
Abraham was neither a Jew nor a Christian, but he was one inclining toward truth, a Muslim [submitting to Allah ]. And he wasn't of the polytheists. Surah Imran Ayah 67

We have chosen some of those messengers above others.1 Allah spoke directly to some, and raised some high in rank. To Jesus, son of Mary, We gave clear proofs and supported him with the holy spirit.2 If Allah had willed, succeeding generations would not have fought ˹among themselves˺ after receiving the clear proofs. But they differed—some believed while others disbelieved. Yet if Allah had willed, they would not have fought one another. But Allah does what He wills.

Those messengers - some of them We caused to exceed others. Among them were those to whom Allah spoke, and He raised some of them in degree. And We gave Jesus, the son of Mary, clear proofs, and We supported him with the Pure Spirit [i.e., Gabriel]. If Allah had willed, those [generations] succeeding them would not have fought each other after the clear proofs had come to them. But they differed, and some of them believed and some of them disbelieved. And if Allah had willed, they would not have fought each other, but Allah does what He intends.

O believers! Donate from what We have provided for you before the arrival of a Day when there will be no bargaining,1 friendship,2 or intercession. Those who disbelieve are ˹truly˺ the wrongdoers.

O you who have believed, spend from that which We have provided for you before there comes a Day in which there is no exchange [i.e., ransom] and no friendship and no intercession. And the disbelievers - they are the wrongdoers.

Allah! There is no god ˹worthy of worship˺ except Him, the Ever-Living, All-Sustaining. Neither drowsiness nor sleep overtakes Him. To Him belongs whatever is in the heavens and whatever is on the earth. Who could possibly intercede with Him without His permission? He ˹fully˺ knows what is ahead of them and what is behind them, but no one can grasp any of His knowledge—except what He wills ˹to reveal˺. His Seat1 encompasses the heavens and the earth, and the preservation of both does not tire Him. For He is the Most High, the Greatest.2

Allah - there is no deity except Him, the Ever-Living,1 the Self-Sustaining.2 Neither drowsiness overtakes Him nor sleep. To Him belongs whatever is in the heavens and whatever is on the earth. Who is it that can intercede with Him except by His permission? He knows what is [presently] before them and what will be after them,3 and they encompass not a thing of His knowledge except for what He wills. His Kursī4 extends over the heavens and the earth, and their preservation tires Him not. And He is the Most High,5 the Most Great.6
Let there be no compulsion in religion, for the truth stands out clearly from falsehood.1 So whoever renounces false gods and believes in Allah has certainly grasped the firmest, unfailing hand-hold. And Allah is All-Hearing, All-Knowing.

There shall be no compulsion in [acceptance of] the religion. The right course has become distinct from the wrong. So whoever disbelieves in ṭāghūt1 and believes in Allah has grasped the most trustworthy handhold with no break in it. And Allah is Hearing and Knowing.

Allah is the Guardian of the believers—He brings them out of darkness and into light. As for the disbelievers, their guardians are false gods who lead them out of light and into darkness. It is they who will be the residents of the Fire. They will be there forever.

Allah is the Ally1 of those who believe. He brings them out from darknesses into the light. And those who disbelieve - their allies are ṭāghūt. They take them out of the light into darknesses.2 Those are the companions of the Fire; they will abide eternally therein.

Those messengers - a number of them We caused to exceed others. Among them were those to whom Allah spoke, and He raised a number of them in degree. And We gave Jesus, the son of Mary, clear proofs, which we supported him with the Pure Spirit [i.e., Gabriel]. If Allah had willed, those [generations] succeeding them wouldn't have fought each other after the clear proofs had come to them. But they differed, and a few of them believed and a few of them disbelieved. And if Allah had willed, they might not have fought one another , but Allah does what He intends.

The titles of the stories too inspire a way of foreboding: “On the sting ,” “The Trap,” “The Orbit of Confusion,” and therefore the eponymous story, “The Curse.” If one were to spot Salma, the author of this story collection, with a specific literary concern, it might be this: women and domestic spaces that are transformed into suffocating epicentres of conflict. After all, The Hour Past Midnight (in Lakshmi Holmstrom’s translation) had gained recognition for the way during which it delved into the mundane darkness of the lives of its protagonists and therefore the domestic spaces they inhabit. The stories within the Curse, curated and translated by N Kalyan Raman, follow this genealogy. Take, for instance , the setting of “Toilets”. Shamim, the protagonist, takes her aunt to the hospital because she has pa
